Whenever we say yes to something we say no to something else.  For many, pleasing others can often override our own self care.  For Empaths or sensitive people, the joy of feeling someone else’s acceptance or pleasure has an intoxicating effect and can be much more comfortable energy to be around than, say, feeling someone else’s disappointment or disapproval.

Setting healthy boundaries is a critical component of loving and caring for yourself. This class will provide practical steps to setting loving and healthy boundaries which will translate into living healthier lives.

This is a 2 hour virtual class including a 20 minute meditation and you can go at your own pace.
