There are certain products that I recommend all the time and I’ve decided to finally put all of my favorite things in one place. Grounding Products
The earth beneath your feet provides you with food and water. It also provides you with something very surprising – electrons. When you touch the ground with your bare feet or body, the electrons flow into you. This is called being “grounded.” The earth’s surface has a virtually limitless supply of mobile electrons that gives the ground we walk on (as well as lakes and oceans) a natural negative electric charge. When you touch your body to the ground, it dissipates static electricity and extraneous environmental electrical charges that are on you. At the same time, you receive a charge of energy in the form of free electrons and your body synchronizes with the natural frequencies of the earth. Water Filter
Water is necessary for optimum health but the water needs to be clear of pharmaceuticals and toxins. Unfortunately most filters don’t filter enough. Remember, if you don’t have a proper water filter, your body becomes the filter and that’s asking your body to do a lot. We have one of these units and it supplies the water we drink, the ice cubes we make, and the water we use to cook. We also use it to fill our dog’s water dishes. Mineral Salt
Salt is an important part of our composition. If you were to be hospitalized for dehydration, they would give you a saline solution, not just straight water. But the normal table salt we all grew up with has gone through many unhealthy processes before it makes it to your salt shaker. This is the salt we use in our house. Methylation DNA Test
Many of us have gene mutations with our methylation process causing all kinds of issues under the hood that prohibit our body from cleanly turning food into fuel. I don’t think I can, in good conscious, say that popcorn is good for you. When I learned I had a MTHFR gene mutation and I had to avoid Folic Acid, that pretty much wiped out my crackers. Anyone that knows me knows I LOVE my crackers. Then I found these. It’s not uncommon for meats to be wrapped in plastic at the store. So the first thing we do when we get them home is take them out of the plastic wrap (especially if there are multiple pieces of meat in one container) and use this butcher paper to wrap the meat before freezing.
