Chakra is Sanskrit which literally translates to wheel. This is because the life force that moves inside of you is spinning and rotating. This spinning energy has 7 centers in your body, starting at the base of your spine and moving all the way up to the top of your head and there are crystals and stones whose vibrational properties assist in balancing these chakras.This 3 hour class with meditations that will allow us to explore the science behind the vibrational properties of crystals, crystal grids, the various energy centers, how to care for your crystals and so much more.
